MAFCCS is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting family child care (FCC) educators through professional development, advocacy, resource-sharing, and community partnerships.
We work to strengthen the FCC system by providing tools, training, and support that help educators build high-quality, sustainable childcare programs across Massachusetts.
2️⃣ Is MAFCCS only for licensed family child care providers?
No.
While our programs primarily support licensed FCC educators, we also collaborate with:
- Aspiring FCC providers
- Small-group home educators
- School-age home programs
- Community partners
- Advocacy organizations
Anyone committed to strengthening early childhood education is welcome to participate.
3️⃣ How do I become a member?
Membership is simple:

We do not charge for membership, and we do not deny access to anyone based on ability to pay.
